Your information,
handled with care.

When you request a call, we collect your name, phone number, and any email address or message you choose to provide. Gold Rush uses this information to answer your request and connect it to your customer record when appropriate.

Advertising details are optional.

If you allow advertising measurement, we also save available ad click identifiers and campaign details with your request. These can help connect inquiries and purchases to advertising. Declining this option does not prevent you from contacting the store.

What we store

We record your contact permission, the page and offer you saw, and when you made the request. Contact form data is kept out of public pages, web addresses, and ordinary application logs. We do not send your name, phone, or email to analytics events from this page.

Google Maps reviews

If you scroll to the reviews section, this page connects to Google Maps to show reviews for the store. Your use of this feature is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy. Reviews are shown in Google’s relevance order.

Retention and questions

The landing-page intake copy is removed after 90 days once processed. Customer and inquiry records transferred to Gold Rush’s customer system follow that system’s retention requirements. Contact your Gold Rush store with questions about your information or to request its deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

This page uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may retain a form receipt temporarily so a retry does not create another request.
